We have our first union contractOur new contract includes:

  • over 13% in pay increases over the next three years for all employees,
  • multiple avenues like a grievance process and a Labor Management Committee to elevate workers' voices,
  • stronger worker protections including reimbursement for safety shoes and workwear for certain employees, 
  • improved leave policies including 6 weeks of fully-paid parental leave,
  • and so much more!
